Aponsi & VAKT

The roots of Aponsi lie within VAKT GmbH, an IT management and interim consulting firm established for over 20 years.
For many years, VAKT has supported mid-sized organisations in complex IT, transformation and governance initiatives – often in situations where technology, organisation, regulation and leadership are challenged simultaneously. 

From this practical experience, one central insight has emerged:
The problem is rarely a lack of expertise – but a lack of structure, clear roles and accountable responsibility.


Based on this understanding, Aponsi was established as a clearly defined business unit of VAKT GmbH.
Its focus is deliberately not on operational service delivery, but on the structuring, coordinating and responsible orchestration of complex situations – particularly in cyber incidents, security events and organisation-critical scenarios.

Aponsi is neither a traditional consultancy, nor a project broker, nor a resource model.
As a business unit of VAKT GmbH, Aponsi provides leadership-oriented structuring of roles, decision paths and responsibilities, while integrating operational services on a role-based basis through qualified partners. 

Aponsi works with:
entrepreneurially accountable partner companies
independent IT experts and assessors
existing internal teams and service providers on the client side
Operational activities are not bundled, but deliberately separated, transparently coordinated and consistently documented.
