Contact during a cyber incident 
If an incident has already occurred, calm, structure and traceability take priority. 
In the initial coordination, we clarify:
the current situation and affected areas
measures already taken
existing forensic or IT activities
responsibilities and communication paths
whether and in what form role separation is required

The objective is not to trigger measures prematurely —
but first to: 
establish orientation
restore decision-making capability
enable structure for the next steps
Aponsi does not provide operational emergency IT or forensic services.
Instead, we coordinate access to the relevant roles and ensure a well-ordered organisational framework.
