Independent Sales Partnership (m/f/d) — Aponsi Partner Network
Aponsi is currently in a focused phase of growth and market establishment.
Our core focus is on high-quality interim, IT and project services with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.
To further scale our market access, we are building an international sales partner network and are looking for experienced, entrepreneurially minded independent sales partners (m/f/d).
We assign regional responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Germany / Austria / Switzerland
Scandinavia
VAE / GCC region
USA & North America
further markets by agreement
Your role within the Aponsi Partner Network
Your primary focus will be active client acquisition and project initiation, including:
identification of potential clients and decision-makers
direct outreach and network development
positioning of the Aponsi service portfolio
initiation of concrete projects and engagements
The role does not include:
marketing or social media activitie
internal concept or strategy development
content creation
You operate independently, flexibly and with full entrepreneurial responsibility — using the Aponsi brand and platform as a professional market interface..

Remuneration is performance- and success-based and will be individually negotiated and contractually agreed.

Ideally, you bring:
experience in B2B sales
access to decision-makers and specialist departments
an entrepreneurial mindset
motivation for independent market development
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
IT services / interim and project business
consulting and managed services
enterprise and mid-sized business environments
