Partner Organisations & Roles within the Network

Aponsi deliberately does not operate services itself.
Instead, it coordinates specialised capabilities through a network of entrepreneurially responsible partner companies. This collaboration follows clear and consistent principles.

Why partner companies – not individual resources
Aponsi does not engage classical freelancers. Partners within the network act entrepreneurially and independently,
with clear accountability, documentation capability and a professional role definition.

Exception:
Independent IT experts and court-recognised specialists,
who deliberately operate outside of operational implementation.

Typische Partnerrollen im Aponsi-Netzwerk
Forensics & technical analysis
Incident response support
Recovery & operational services
Specialised roles (e.g. licensing, infrastructure, provider-related topics)
The specific selection of partners is situational, not permanent and not exclusive.

Why we do not publicly name partners
Many engagements take place:
in confidential situations
under legal or regulatory relevance
with strict separation between assessment and implementation

Publicly naming partners would:
dilute role clarity
distort expectations
compromise independence
Aponsi therefore prioritises responsibility over visibility.

Our expectations of partner companies
Partners within the Aponsi network:
accept and actively support clear role separation
work in a traceable and documentation-driven manner
act calmly, respectfully and professionally
understand their contribution as part of an overall process
refrain from self-promotion or offer-driven marketing
act with full entrepreneurial responsibility

Collaboration with Aponsi does not begin with visibility, but with role awareness and responsibility.
